Tottenham Hotspur were founded in 1882 and became the first club in the 20th century to win the Double (league and FA Cup) in 1960/61. They were also the first British club to win a European trophy, lifting the Cup Winners' Cup in 1963. The club opened a spectacular new 62,850-capacity stadium in 2019, replacing the beloved White Hart Lane. Under Mauricio Pochettino they reached the Champions League final for the first time in 2019.
